Who’s Eligible:

  • You must visit Mercedes-Benz of Newton on 4/29/2023 and test drive an Electric Vehicle to be eligible to enter the raffle to win (1) 2 year, 24 month Pre-Paid EQB250W lease. Upon completion of test drive you will be given an entry ticket to fill out for the raffle.
  • You must be 21 years of age to enter.
  • All federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees, affiliate companies, agents, advertising, fulfillment, marketing and promotion agencies and anyone involved in the development or execution of the raffle, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the raffle.
  • Winner is solely responsible for paying dealer fees ($449), motor vehicle fees ($411).
  • Vehicle must be picked up at Mercedes-Benz of Newton, 92 Hampton House Road, Newton, NJ 07860 by 5/1/2023 or be forfeited.
  • Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash.
  • Winner must show proof of insurance prior to delivery. They must purchase at least standard 100/300/100 coverage, which translates into $100,000 coverage per person for bodily injury, including death, that you cause to others; $300,000 in Bodily Injury per accident; and property damage up to $100,000.
  • By accepting prize, Winner grants Mercedes-Benz of Newton the right to use Winner’s name, likeness and photograph in any and all media in connection with advertising and publicity without additional compensation or right of approval.
  • You must qualify for Tier A1 credit through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services or the Winner is responsible for any difference in the price of the 2 year lease at a lower credit tier.

How to Enter: 

After your test drive of one of the Electric Vehicles, please fill out the raffle form.

Selection Process:

Conditional Winner will be chosen through a random selection process by the Owner of Mercedes-Benz of Newton or its representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of raffle tickets filled out. A verification process will take place during which the conditional Winner will be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility and ability to participate.  The submission of a credit application will be required to identify Tier level. Need not to be present to win. At the end of the lease the Winner will be required to return the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Newton.  At lease end, lessee pays for any amounts due under the lease, any official fees and taxes related to the scheduled termination, excess wear and use plus $0.25/mile over 20,000 miles, and $595 vehicle turn-in fee.
